Yodify Partner Earnings
Yodify Partners earn money by bringing a client onto the platform and having the client pay for a monthly subscription.
The Yodify Partners referral earnings (also referred to as "commission" or "revenue share") on a monthly subscription are calculated based on the terms outlined below and in conjunction with the terms in the Partner Agreement. The calculation can vary depending on several factors, including the type of partnership, the activities, the commission structure, and any specific conditions or thresholds that must be met.
All referral earnings are calculated on the fees that the Client pays to Yodify, after deducting any discounts or credits.
Initial and Recurring Commissions
Yodify Partners earn
20% of the monthly subscription when a new Client subscribes to a Yodify Plus, Yodify Premium or Yodify Enterprise plan.
Partners are eligible to continue earning 20% commission for the lifetime of the Client provided Partner performs at least one Revenue Generating Activity per 12 consecutive months for each Client.
Data Services
Yodify Partners earn 20% of the Client's paid Data Services for use in their Yodify Plus, Yodify Premium or a Yodify Enterprise plan. Data Services commission are one-time only earnings on each eligible invoice.
Development Services
Yodify Partners earn 20% of the Client's paid Development Services for use in their Yodify Plus, Yodify Premium or a Yodify Enterprise plan. Development Services commission are one-time only earnings on each eligible invoice.
Development Store Referrals
To perform a referral for a development store, you need to initially set up a development store in the Partner Dashboard and then transfer its ownership to a client.

Terms
Continues on a monthly basis for the duration that the client maintains their status as a paying Yodify customer.

For clients on annual plans, the Partner commission will be paid on an annual basis following the end of the calendar year.
Partners will be eligible for payout after the client pays their related subscription fee invoice.

Yodify DEC - Distributed Enterprise Catalog
Yodify DEC is the Distributed Enterprise Catalog for brands to control their product narrative worldwide and share it directly with their global sales, distribution, and other channels.
The brands data is centralized in either the Yodify Library (publicly available to all Yodify clients) or an Exclusive Brand Library (private with access granted by the brand to specific Yodify clients).
The brand is able to use this product data wherever desired within their own enterprise-wide digital ecosystem by linking their Yodify Site having either a Premium or Enterprise Plan.
Then with the assistance of the Yodify Partner and Yodify, the brand invites their desired channels to sign up for a Yodify Plus or Yodify Premium Plan to be provided access to the brands fully-built product catalog for use on their new Yodify-powered corporate website or catalog/store plug-in.
The Partner has the opportunity to bring 100's or 1000's of clients on at once through partnering with brands that require their distribution networks use this brand-controlled single-source-of-truth product data, saving everyone time and money, and providing the ultimate in brand product cohesion every step of the way: Brand > Distributor > Customer > Potential Customer. Real-time, up-to-date product data from the source to the furthest outpost, everywhere.
Brand Plans: Yodify Premium or Yodify Enterprise
Distributors: Any number of distributors (resellers, wholesalers, etc.). Distributors may choose to employ the data for catalog purposes or e-commerce.
Distributor Plans: Yodify Plus $105/mo.
Yodify Premium $299/mo.
Yodify Enterprise $1899*/mo.
Optional Features: Yodify Partner's are eligible to receive a recurring commission of 20% of the client's monthly optional paid features in either the Yodify Plus, Yodify Premium or Yodify Enterprise Plans.
